Niagara Falls, NY – Niagara Falls Police were dispatched to the Seneca Niagara Casino parking lot or ramp around 1:51 am this morning for an attempted robbery.
According to police audio, the victim stated that a Hispanic male attempted to rob her but was unsuccessful.
The suspect was said to be wearing a gray shirt and tan shorts or pants and riding a BMX bike with a hoodie wrapped around it.
Moments later Casino security told police that they saw a person matching the suspects description heading east on Niagara Street from 4th Street.
Around 2:11 am police spotted a possible suspect at the Seneca gas station. He was then transported at 2:25 am back to the crime scene area.
At 2:27 he was positively ID’d by the victim then arrested and at transported back the Niagara Falls Jail at 2:32 am
